Kid's stuffy nose makes it sound like he's calling for his dog Bob not his mom ("bob" in stuffed nose voice) and the silly frustrations if that. Silly yet tender about a young kid wanting mom time when feeling sick

You know when you're sick, have a stuffed up nose and just want your Mama? Unfortunately when you yell "Mom" it sounds like "Bob," and your dog Bob thinks you want to play. So Bob keeps running to you with his FAVORITE slobbery tennis ball, but you don't want to play with Bob. You want your Bob... err Mom.

How could anyone not like a book that comes with the instruction, "To be read as though you have the worst cold ever"? This one is fun and funny at the same time. The diverse characters are a welcome bonus.

sometimes when you are sick, you just want your .... They are all confused in this story. Does he need his dog or his mom? Things are so much more difficult when you are sick aren't they? Cute story for Early elementary aged kids.

If you like your picture books weird and silly like I do, you will love this very goofy story! It had me giggling the whole time. Would be a great read aloud for elementary school.
