This book covers a lot of stitches! While it has a few projects, I would say this is more of a stitch reference and idea book than a project book.

I was a little over-zealous in my borrowing, I didn't have enough time to really delve into this book and try out the stitches. The instructions appeared clear and easy to follow. I will borrow it again in the future when I have the time to try out the stitches.

I found a lot of the inspiration pieces too floral and traditional for my taste, but with all of the stitches nicely shown and described, I find it to be a fantastic reference. I think most of the stitches can be used in a fresh and modern way with a bit of imagination.

A good book for decorative stitching ideas for embellishment on textile projects.
