"The body of a well-dressed young man is found in San Francisco's City Hall. Killed by multiple gunshots from an unusual foreign pistol, the mystery is further compounded by the fact that the victim had his fingerprints surgically removed. The search for the murderer leads newspaper reporter Samuel Hamilton through the Mayor's office into a gritty underground world of gunrunners and overseas to Jordan, Israel, and the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency."-- Provided by publisher.

This might well be the worst book I've read in decades.
Beyond the surface bigotry and anti-semitism, masquerading as politically-correct "anti-zionism", it's hard to find words to describe its other faults. Grammar is lacking, as is any semblance of editing. Continuity is laughable, the characters would need five years of creative writing to reach merely wooden and the dialogue is so stiff and artificial that, at first, I thought the entire book a parody, that is to say an intentional parody.
