Add a CommentThere are 2 books here. The first, about 3 ladies missing, is pretty slow and too many characters and too "busy". And too long! Patterson has started adding verbiage when the book is too short and without much of a plot. Also he's in the 1st person point of view in each chapter or segment of the book.
I found the 2nd book within this book to be more entertaining. If you have plenty of dead time then read the book.
I like books to read quickly and this one drug on and on for me.
Patterson either needs to retire and quit lending his name to other authors or get better co-authors and actually double check what he allows to go to print. He's becoming not worth reading.
Finished THREE WOMEN DISAPPEAR by James Patterson and Shan Serafin. Sorry I did and won't read another they do together.
One of the best James Patterson books not written by James Patterson that I have read recently. There are 2 stories and both are interesting and I finished reading both. They are not typical James Patterson stories but then he only wrote his name on the cover. The stories were written by his coauthor and not bad for a first time author.
The first story in this two story book was pretty bad. I would give it two stars. The second story was even worse and, if possible I would rate it with a minus 3(-3). By averaging them it would be rated a BIG ZERO. Patterson - how could you even put your name as author of this book?
It took me about 3 chapters to get dist. of it . but i enjoyed it as with the + Novel
One of his worse books , disappointed , a waste of time
