Better to know the details, than to suffer from this illness.

Jeff O'Connell offers solid advice about how to bring your blood sugar down.

This book was very informative. It enlightens the reader about a disease that people are not even aware they have. It is certainly goes on my list of best health books.

Quite the eye opener about sugar...this book was a bit dry at times but certainly held my interest. Nicely written and well worth the time to read.
