I enjoyed this video but I highly doubt I will get a ripped body like Jackie in just minutes a day as she implies in her dialog. Don’t get me wrong I worked up a good sweat and the abs routine was plenty challenging but I think this would be a good addition to a larger more varied fitness plan, not a total fitness plan in itself. the 40 min total body work out is a sum of all the 15min targeted work outs there is not point doing the targeted work outs if you do the 40min montage. I was expecting them to all be different. I liked the fact the was a fast moving low impact work out, knee and joint friendly except for the few jumping jacks she throws in to the warm up. After borrowing from the library I did end up buying a copy from amazon it was worth the 10$ /free shipping but I wouldn’t have paid full price on Jackie’s site 50$ it’s not worth that much money!

Tough strength training workout! By the time we got to obliques, I thought I was feeling a little light headed!! My abs and shoulders were particularly sore after this one. I really like Jackie's style...

AMAZING workout video that is super effective! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get even leaner than they are, and are truly dedicated!

I Just did this a few times and it kicked my butt and I noticed a difference in just those few times. Imagine doing this with sincere dedication? You will get the 6 pack abs ! Easy to follow. Great work-out. Excellent and easy to do. Get ready to build endurance & self confidence.
