The opening piece "The Limits of Growth" by James Gustave Speth provides essential background. The impassioned (and angry) diatribe "You Choose" by Derrick Jensen fires (challenges?) the reader's motivation to action. And the article "Moral Responsibility is the Price of Progress" by Ernest Partridge offers policy guidelines for that action.
