This was a light and fun read. Much better then the movie!

To be honest, I only read the first few chapters. The soap-opera-style writing and characters made the story too shallow for me to care what happened next. I skipped ahead and read the last chapter before writing this review and still wasn't impressed.
For people who just want entertainment, Emily Giffin may be just right.
Me, I'd rather be reading something more thought-provoking.

All of Giffin's books are phenomenal, but this one is truly extraordinary. It is comparative to the thrills of watching a movie, but the laughs of being in the presence of a good friend. One of the best novels there is.

A patron review from the Adult Summer Game: "This was a great book! I really enjoyed learning about the characters and their relationships in this book."

Finally, a book where the Good Girl wins in the end. Although one can argue for days whether Rachel fits the "Good Girl" model, in her own right she is compared to her longtime Best Frenemy Darcy. Highly recommend by moi, and the sequel is also equally good.

My new favorite book!

I didn't like this book as well as Something Blue, so for the record you should read Something Borrowed before Something Blue since it kind of gives away home this one will end. Overall though light read, perfect for summer and it keeps you engaged.

This book was OK. i didn't like how Rachels self esteem was so low and pathetic. As shallow as Darcey was she never betrayed Rachel. I just cant relate to this book and i would get aggravated with some of the characters.

Like her other books, and almost as bad as the movie. Not a fan of Emily Giffin's writing or plot. Won't be trying her again.
