My daughter had this book read to her at preschool and she kept talking about how funny Betty Bunny was. I found it at the library and brought it home. Her 6 year old, learning to read sister, picked it up and read it straight through (I thought it would be difficult for her but she kept on) and she loves it too. "I'm going to marry chocolate cake!" is the funniest thing to them. The moral of the story is patience but Betty Bunny doesn't really learn any because (spoiler alert) she sneaks the chocolate cake into her pocket and her sock. No matter, the kids can talk about this story for days.
