This is a fun book full of anecdotal incidents and general baseball quirkiness. I enjoyed it even without having much knowledge of baseball myself, although there were one or two terms I had to google. It's a light easy read, but doesn't have much of an overall narrative which might annoy some readers but which I didn't mind at all. Just sort of a 'Hey, there's some stuff going on in this game that you might not know about, allow me to show you' kind of book.
