I thought the recipes were great but ther were a few things that I could not find. Might be better for a larger city or if you went to a larger city more often

This is one of the best Indian cookbooks around. All the dishes are flavorsome, and all can be effortlessly prepared for a quick week night meal. As with any recipe, readers may wish to tone up or dial down certain ingredients according to their individual and family tastes. I was happy that there were no trips to Little India required for specialty ingredients or obscure cooking equipment; all spices were easily sourced and readily accessible at my local grocer. Everyday Indian is a fantastic book that I will use repeatedly.
