I don't generally enjoy short stories. I think these would have been better if they were recognizable characters or if they had fit into the known timelines better.

Wish she would write some short stories about Briar, Sandry, Daja, and Tris.

enjoyed the book very much. Will be following up to see if any turn into series books. and also will be checking out other Tamora Pierce books

Pierces books are in YA section. They are so well written adults enjoy them too. Great collection of short stories,

Several tales from Tortall. All very agreeable. One contemporary urban fantasy which is very disturbing -- not bad, just really disturbing.
